Reformation Narratives

From a literary perspective the Reformation meant a total revolution of the system of genres. The Medieval genres were rejected, and new ones had to be invented. The speech will focus on the strategies, which the reformers used to construct a protestant storytelling. The examples will be from Danish literature 1520-1560. References to relevant opinions of Martin Luther will be included.
