Workshop on «Citizen Science and Water»

As part of the eco.naturkongress "Wasserschloss Schweiz in Gefahr" on 31 March 2017 in Basel, we invite you to participate in our workshop on "Citizen Science und Wasser". The goal of the workshop is to exchange information on citizen science projects related to water quality and quantity. Invited talks will be followed by group discussion to share experiences on citizen science projects, discuss the set-up of a platform for future information exchange, and identify research needs and opportunities for collaboration within the framework of citizen science.

The workshop will be held in German and English, and will take place between 11:00 - 13:00. Everyone is welcome and we encourage participation from NGOs, non-profit associations for water, public water authorities, those involved in citizen science projects, as well as researchers.
